"Been an absolute nightmare dealing with State Farm and Kirk Leblanc for flood damage on my car. Nobody does what they say there going to do . Everybody is incompetent. State Farm makes no attempt to offer or explain that in the event of damage to your vehicle they will be putting used or refurbished parts so would you like to pay a little more for OEM PARTS IN THE EVENT OF A CLAIM. Snake oil predatory scammers . Louisiana lets insurance companies bamboozle the public with no recourse. That information should absolutely be discussed upfront and should have to be signed off on."

"I've been with Scotti Catalano State Farm since they first opened in Diamondhead, and I honestly can't say enough good things about this office. Every time I've called over the years, everyone has been friendly, helpful, and willing to take the time to answer my questions.

Last week, Bridget called because she noticed the credit card I had on file was about to expire and wanted to make sure my automatic payment wouldn't be affected. It could have been a quick two-minute phone call, but before we hung up, she asked if I'd ever looked into bundling my insurance. She wasn't pushy at all. She just explained what they offered, what discounts were available, and answered my questions.

She then connected me with Christi, who helped me with both my homeowners and life insurance. Christi compared my current homeowners policy to a State Farm policy and pointed out several areas where I wasn't as well covered as I thought I was. She took the time to explain the differences in a way that was easy to understand and answered every question I had without ever making me feel pressured.

We also completed a Life Needs Analysis, and that was honestly eye-opening. I had always assumed the life insurance through my employer would be enough, but Christi explained that if I ever left my job, retired, or couldn't work anymore because I got sick, that coverage would likely end. I had never really thought about it that way. She made sure I understood my options and helped me choose coverage that fit my family's needs.

By the end of the call, I had better homeowners coverage, a life insurance policy that gave me real peace of mind, and I was saving money by bundling my policies. I didn't realize how much I needed that conversation until we had it.

If you're already insured with State Farm, I really recommend having the team at Scotti Catalano's office review your policies. You might be surprised by what you learn, just like I was. Bridget and Christi were both wonderful to work with, and they genuinely cared about making sure I was properly protected rather than just selling me another policy.
